- The item has a print or design error that does not match your order.
Customized Products:
- Customized products cannot be exchanged unless damaged or defective. These items are personalized and cannot be resold.
- If a customized product arrives damaged or broken, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange. To qualify, you must record a live video of the unboxing process and provide proof of damage within 2 days.
