Eligibility for Exchange:
You are eligible for a exchange if:

  • You received an item in the wrong size from what you ordered.
  • The item has a print or design error that does not match your order.

Customized Products:

  • Customized products cannot be exchanged unless damaged or defective. These items are personalized and cannot be resold.
  • If a customized product arrives damaged or broken, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange. To qualify, you must record a live video of the unboxing process and provide proof of damage within 2 days.

Video Requirement for All Products:
For exchanges, it is mandatory to record a video of the unboxing process for every product received. This helps us verify the issue and process your request promptly.

How to Request for Exchange:
i. Notify Us: Contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving your item to report the issue. (support@printandswag.in)
ii. Provide Proof: Please share the recorded video, clear photos of the wrong size or incorrect print, and your order number. (support@printandswag.in)
iii. Exchange Process: After approval, your  exchange will be processed within 2 business days.
